Looking Up Unlisted Phone Numbers - Finally, It's Really Possible

By: Adolph K. Reekie

Some of the calls we get can be very disturbing. You might get a prank caller, someone who keeps calling and hanging up, or someone who is saying things that make you uncomfortable. And when that happens, you will want to find out the name and address of the person calling you.
For a long time, cell phone numbers and unlisted numbers could not be traced. If someone called you from one of these numbers, you wouldn't be able to find out details about them.
Nowadays, however, you can lookup cell phone and unlisted numbers in less than 5 minutes if you know where to look. Here's how...
How Do You Lookup Unlisted Numbers?
First off, you might want to try out free directories, but they won't be able to give you information for unlisted and cell phone numbers. Free directories will only help you with landline numbers (i.e. home phones), as they are in the public domain. Unlisted numbers are not in the public domain and are not easy to obtain.
Luckily, there are "premium" directories of phone numbers that do in fact include cell and landline numbers. These will consist of millions of numbers (complete with information about each owner), and will take tens of thousands of dollars to create and maintain. A number of people will usually need to be employed to keep gathering the information and making sure it is kept up to date.
Naturally, to keep the owners of these databases from going totally bankrupt, a small fee has to be charged to access these databases. However, because these services are still in fairly high demand, the prices are kept low. And you only have to pay an extremely small fraction of what it would cost to hire a "private investigator".
The good news is that services like this will provide you with a wealth of information. You can find out the owners name, address, exact co-ordinates, relatives and neighbors. Many of them also allow you to do an unlimited number of searches, so you could investigate every single number you find on your spouse's phone.
Not all paid services are good, of course, so you need to know where to look. Many of the best ones will offer a 100% guarantee (if you don't get any results for your search you don't pay anything), and will provide you with full time support if you have any problems.
