Vixy.net is an online tool that helps you to download YouTube video with some simple steps. This website not only lets you download YouTube videos, but also convert them to watch on your portable devices such as iPods, PSP.

It is using a compressed domain transcoder technology (outline in Japanese). It converts FLV to MPEG4 faster and less lossy than a typical transcoder.
