Idea Cheapest Tariff Voucher for Kolkata and West Bengal – 1 Paisa per 2 Seconds

Idea cellular has introduced a new cheapest tariff voucher for its per-second prepaid subscribers in Kolkata and West Bengal circles. Under this STV, subscribers can make all local calls at 1 paisa per 2 seconds for a price of Rs. 44. This STV gives tariff validity for a period of 30 days.
