Karnataka CET 2012 Entrance Test Online Application Form, Exam Date

Karnataka Common Entrance Test or CET 2012 is an entrance examination conducted for the purpose of admission of students to the first year or first semester of full time courses in medical, dental and engineering in institutions within the state of Karnataka for the academic year 2012-2013. It consists of examinations for four subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics (60 marks).

Students who want to get admission in engineering courses appear for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics exams and students who want to get admission in medical or dental courses appear for Physics, Chemistry and Biology exams.

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) have received demand drafts from 1,35,000 candidates for the CET 2010 brochures-cum-application forms. The KEA will dispatch them to colleges from March 10. Candidates have to send the filled-in applications by March 17.

CET 2012 will be held on April 28 to 30. The examination will take place in 228 centers all over the State with counseling scheduled to take place in six centers – Bangalore, Hubli, Gulbarga, Mangalore, Shimoga and Davangere.

Mathematics (02:30 PM to 03:50 PM)

29-04-2010 (Thursday)

Physics (10:30 AM to 11:50 PM)
Chemistry (02:30 PM to 03:50 PM)

30-04-2010 (Friday)

Kannada Language Test only for Gadinadu Kannadiga Candidates (11:00 AM) and Horanadu Kannadiga Candidates (01:00 PM)
