TATA DOCOMO Extended Per-Second Billing to Roaming Calls

Tata DoCoMo has extended its per-second-billing scheme to roaming calls for both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers. Now Tata DoCoMo subscribers would be charged one paisa per second for outgoing and incoming calls while roaming.

“Tata DoCoMo subscribers will need no special packs or pay any hidden charges to avail this offer,” Tata DoCoMo President said in a press release.

The scheme is effective across all 15 circles where Tata DoCoMo has launched its mobile services. It has already rolled out GSM services in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Orrisa, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Kolkata, Jharkhand, Punjab, Bihar, UP East, UP West and Maharashtra.
