WordPress mobile application for BlackBerry released

The creators of WordPress blogging software, Automattic, have released a beta version of its mobile application for the Research in Motion Blackberry platform. It allows the user to keep a track of their blog. This new application will work with all new BlackBerry devices such as the 8700, Pearl, Curve, Bold, and Storm, with BlackBerry OS 4.2.1 or newer.

A WordPress mobile app was already available for the iPhone and iPod Touch on the Apple App Store.

To install the beta application: Point your BB browser to http://blackberry.wordpress.org/install and follow the instructions. Here is a step by step video on how to download, install, and use WordPress on your blackberry device.
