Tamilnadu Department of Employment and Training has launched online employment registration website – www.tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in. The website inaugurated by Tamilnadu state Deputy Chief Minister M.K.Stalin on 15th September, 2010.
www.tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in provides online registration, online renewal, up-dation of qualification, experience, generation of identity card, verification of details, cut of dates of seniority for different qualification and online data base of 65 Lakhs jobseekers for prospective employers. It also promotes coordination between manpower supply and demand by rendering assistance to job seekers through Vocational guidence.
Objectives
- To allow online registration with Employment Offices
- To develop data bank of highly qualified candidates from the Live Register of Employment Offices
- To allow the private sector employers easy access to the data base to fill up vacancies arising in their establishments
- To provide online information on application deadlines, hot track and future trends in Employment.
- To facilitate man power planning and analysis through effective implementation of EMI
- To promote employability of students and Job seekers through Vocational Guidance
How to register?
On clicking the candidate’s corner in www.tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in, an E-registration form is displayed. Fill up all the details and scan the required certificates and submit the form. On submission, a temporary ‘used id’ and ‘password’ will be created. Within 7 days, if the details are accurate, your request will be accepted by the Employment Officer, your ID card can be generated. You can take print out and maintain it.

This is senthil from Chennai , I had been registered my qualification in person at Chennai employment exchange at 2005. After i was renew led in 2008 by online in http://www.employment.tn.gov.in ,which was next renewal date as on 1/03/2011. I have been trying for next renewal my qualification since march 2011. I could not able renewal from online. when i was given to correct username and password in website, I got pop window, which is showing user is not valid. In this circumstance i have sent mail to “emphelpdesk@mail.tn.gov.in ” on June month for my login problem. I am yet not get reply and solution from that mail.
I was told, employment web site has been changed from “www.employment.tn.gov.in” to http://www.tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in. so they have some missed in registered candidate of profile and updating. If it is work fine, why new website is showing pop windows .which is showing “user is not valid”. This web site has been using by public with un employee, so Maintenance should be good, otherwise everybody should suffer and write comments…….@@@@@

sir, i have transferred my employ registration to Namakkal dist. TN. from Pondicherry. They have send letter to Namakkal for UG degree and Chennai for PG degree registration. Sir, I have registered my MBA (Human Resource) Provisional for District Employment Office Kakithapattadai. But Now not confirm it is registered or not because no attachment or acknowledgement are received in Chennai employment office. So, Clarify me my certificate are registered or not.
